What You Need To Know To Compete

So you want to cook in the chili cook-off? Think you have what it takes? Well, bring it on!

We've put together some basic information that should help you and your team in this year's competition.

To enter this year's event, you may either:

  1. Print out a registration form and send it along with your entry fee to:

  2. Register online, mail your entry fee along with a copy of your confirmation to:

    ATTN: Chili Cook-Off Registration

    Charlotte, NC 28205

All applications are "first come & paid, first served." If you register online, your spot will be held for 48 hours pending entry fee payment. If entry fee is not received within 48 hours, you must re-register.

ENTRY FEE: Business & Restaurants - $50.00 / Individual $25.00

PAYMENT: WE ACCEPT CASH OR CHECK. Please make all checks payable to "Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region". We will provide you a tax receipt if you require one.

DEADLINE: Register your team and pay your entry fee by September 15, 2011, and we will put your name/team name on the t-shirts for the event! All cook-off entries and monies must be in by October 1, 2011.
